I wish I could give a 5-star review for the tv. But I don't have it. I ordered this tv on Oct. 8, 2009 with estimated delivery Oct.15, 2009. It was coming by Pilot and tracking showed it to be in Indianapolis, IN on Oct.9 and in Groveport, OH on Oct 12. Having heard nothing from anyone on Oct. 15, I e-mailed Pilot and did get a quick response saying that my tv was now with their home delivery company and gave me a phone number. I called and was told that it would not be delivered until Oct. 21 or 22, when they are in my area. Keep in mind that I am less than two hours away from Groveport and Grove City, Oh where this second company is located. There was nothing I could say that would get my tv delivered any sooner. So, it is sitting less than 2 hours from my home for 10 days waiting on some lazy delivery company to bring it to me. I just hope the tv is everything all the other reviewers say it is when I get it, if I ever do.
