You can't go wrong with this TV, which we have in our family room. Its picture with HDMI connection is razor sharp on HDTV channels and well above average for standard definition. Hookup is a snap and the audio is better-than-average through the under-mount speakers, though our Samsung is fed through an AudioSource amplifier to Bose bookshelf speakers and a Dayton audio 8-inch subwoofer. There are plenty of adjustments for picture and sound so you can get flesh tones just right and set up the 120 hz motion to your liking.
