I got this TV at $799 during an Amazon special pricing, one of the last ones in stock as it is now down to a few used ones only. The delivery service said they had 700 TVs from Amazon to deliver in two weeks. Movies on my SD DVD player the quality is awesome and digital (not HD) cable looks great. I can't wait to upgrade to HD. I really wanted the 46" but for a 9 foot viewing distance this was just right. Any larger and I would have seen a lot of pixels.
